I have enjoyed researching my family roots since the 9th grade. Thanks to my Aunts on both sides of my family, as they always helped and encouraged me in my family research. |
Feel free to contact me for photos in the cemeteries.

|Pamela Thompson||Gravestone Photo Permission|
I am happy to see that you photographed the gravestone of Carlos Owen Alford in Friendship Cemetery (Memorial# 8495378).
I would like to add this gravestone photo to the (non-profit) Alford American Family Association's collection of Arkansas Obituaries, where his obituary will be included. You can see the current collection at http://www.alfordassociation.org/OBITS/AROBIT.htm.
May I have your permission to include your gravestone photos? If so, the photo caption will say:
Photo from [cemetery name, city, county, state]—www.findagrave.com
Permission granted by the photographer, KC MO[or your name if you prefer]
And thanks so much for your gravestone photo work!

I have not had any luck posting the following through the edit buttons--keep getting an error message.
William "Bill" Poorboy was a member of the Cherokee Nation, an award-winning master woodcarver, creating sculptures influenced by his Native American heritage.
A machinist by trade, parts he machined in 1969 were used on the Apollo 11 spacecraft that carried Neil Armstrong & Buzz Aldrin to the moon. His work for NASA also provided parts used on missions from Mercury through the space shuttle.
|Dennis & Linda||RE: Martha Pearson obit|
I do have the cemetery listings up to about 1990. A copy was made available to me by one of the board members. I do not have anything on the Martha Pearson who died in 1875. The other one is who I have researched. Thanks again. - dennis

I want to thank you so much for putting my aunt on findagrave. I have been searching for her for years. Would you please transfer her to me as I have information to add to her memorial. Her memorial number is 110948920.

|LizzP||Caroline Goerke Rinner|
While searching for Caroline Goerke Rinner on Find-a-Grave, your memorial does not appear as a selection. I fortunately found your memorial on Ancestry.com. I attempted several ways to type in the search on F-a-G request to open the memorial that you created, but was unable to do so.
I recently added the obituary for Caroline Rinner to Find-a-Grave, the other memorial for Caroline. After seeing your F-a-G memorial on Ancestry.com search, I added her obituary to your memorial also.
The reason I am writing to you is because your memorial to Caroline is much more definitive than the other memorial on F-a-G and I think if you alter something in the last name, that Find-a-Grave will locate your memorial on a random search for this person. Best Regards ~ Liz
