Beloved
sister of Rufus Marion Meek tombstone
The tombstone picture you have posted on Rufus Marion Meek in Maysville Cemetery, Benton County, Arkansas included the grave of his sister(buried beside him) on his tombstone. I have created a memorial for Elizabeth J.Meek and am asking that you transfer the tombstone photo of his and her tombstone to her memorial site please. They are the children of Enoch Meek and Malinda Ellen Wells Meek who are buried in the same area there.Thanks.

Fultz/Gannaway photo requests
I have photographed the entire Woodlake Cemetery up to the end of 2014. There are no gravemarkers for the memorials you added. You might call Raul, the caretaker, and get the plot info to add to the memorials. If you would like a photo of the approximate place where they are buried I am willing to place a flower on the site and include the marker it is closest to. Let me know. Judy

Gravestone Photo Permission
I am happy to see that you photographed the gravestone of Carlos Owen Alford in Friendship Cemetery (Memorial# 8495378).

I would like to add this gravestone photo to the (non-profit) Alford American Family Association's collection of Arkansas Obituaries, where his obituary will be included. You can see the current collection at http://www.alfordassociation.org/OBITS/AROBIT.htm.

May I have your permission to include your gravestone photos? If so, the photo caption will say:

Photo from [cemetery name, city, county, state]—www.findagrave.com
Permission granted by the photographer, KC MO[or your name if you prefer]

And thanks so much for your gravestone photo work!

Best regards,
Pamela Alford Thompson (Find A Grave #47195155)

William Poorboy Memorial Find A Grave Memorial# 112816336
I have not had any luck posting the following through the edit buttons--keep getting an error message.

William "Bill" Poorboy was a member of the Cherokee Nation, an award-winning master woodcarver, creating sculptures influenced by his Native American heritage.

A machinist by trade, parts he machined in 1969 were used on the Apollo 11 spacecraft that carried Neil Armstrong & Buzz Aldrin to the moon. His work for NASA also provided parts used on missions from Mercury through the space shuttle.

RE: Martha Pearson obit
I do have the cemetery listings up to about 1990. A copy was made available to me by one of the board members. I do not have anything on the Martha Pearson who died in 1875. The other one is who I have researched. Thanks again. - dennis
