I authorize anyone to use my Find a Grave images in Wikipedia or their own family research, under the creative commons attribution license cc-by-2.5, where the attribution is 'R.E.H.'."

Going forward, unless there is a compelling reason, I will only transfer listings of people someone knew closely, i.e. parent, child or close friend. I'm sorry, but someone who died 200 years ago could be related to thousands of people. I prefer you add one of my listings under your umbrella using the virtual cemetery feature at Find A Grave. If you have additional information, I will happily add it and list you as the contributor.

Also, please do not ask me add an obituary to a person's memorial. see Find A Grave policy below:

Can I add an obituary to my interment listing?
It is best to not copy obituary notices from newspapers to an individual's memorial record unless you have permission from the newspaper to do so. In general, obituaries in newspapers are submitted by the family. If the obituary is added to the memorial record, it should list the newspaper and date the obit was printed. Find A Grave reserves the right to remove obituary notices from memorial records.
Obituaries for "famous" individuals are usually written by newspaper staff and can not be posted to Find A Grave.
Please do not include website addresses that may be listed in the obituary as they usually expire within a year after the obituary is printed.

Rich,
hope you are doing fine. Am looking for your assistance. I am doing research and writing a book about the temporary American military GELA Cemetery in Sicily. Over 1,200 men and women have been buried in this cemetery between July 1943 and April 1947.

One of the men buied here was 2nd Lieutenant Raymond P. Raux, officer with the 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division. You started his memorial on findagrave.com

You also started a memorial for Doris katherine Strobridge Steffens, who had been married with Lt Raux in the war.

Lt Raux is buried in Paris (France), and Doris is buried in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Newark, New Jersey.

is it possible that you trace any relatives, I have several questions and would like a picture of Raymond and Doris

thank you

Dear Rich,

I appreciate the photo you took of my family's grave. I wanted to add my own entry, but since you have already created one it seems rather silly. I would appreciate it if you would transfer the Find A Grave Memorial# 57642877 for my father, Calvin to me. Please let me know. I am working on updating other members of the family for this web site so it is a good tie to do it.

Thanks,

Steve Cornell

Thank you
Thank you for posting my grandparents info on here. They are William and Marie Pandolfi. I have submitted to you my Grandfather's date of birth. We don't live near there and rarely get up to visit them. I truly appreciate your work on here.

Wow hey! Thank you so much for checking for the stone! Gosh that was kind of you. I'm sorry you couldn't find it, but I appreciate you looking for it. Thanks so much!

RE: Elizabeth ODENWELDER
I hope you don't remove it! I'm trying to prove that she IS an Odenwelder! I am the one who needs to have the grave photo checked against the birth and baptism dates. The grave transcription says b. 3/26/54 and I can't read the photo to double check. The church records say b. 3/5/54 and bapt. a few days later. Same birth year and month dates; same death dates. There is more circumstantial evidence, but nothing definite.
I hope you don't remove it, just trying to verify. Thanks for your time.
