I authorize anyone to use my Find a Grave images in Wikipedia or their own family research, under the creative commons attribution license cc-by-2.5, where the attribution is 'R.E.H.'."

Going forward, unless there is a compelling reason, I will only transfer listings of people someone knew closely, i.e. parent, child or close friend. I'm sorry, but someone who died 200 years ago could be related to thousands of people. I prefer you add one of my listings under your umbrella using the virtual cemetery feature at Find A Grave. If you have additional information, I will happily add it and list you as the contributor.

Also, please do not ask me add an obituary to a person's memorial. see Find A Grave policy below:

Can I add an obituary to my interment listing?
It is best to not copy obituary notices from newspapers to an individual's memorial record unless you have permission from the newspaper to do so. In general, obituaries in newspapers are submitted by the family. If the obituary is added to the memorial record, it should list the newspaper and date the obit was printed. Find A Grave reserves the right to remove obituary notices from memorial records.
Obituaries for "famous" individuals are usually written by newspaper staff and can not be posted to Find A Grave.
Please do not include website addresses that may be listed in the obituary as they usually expire within a year after the obituary is printed.

Susan A Gordon
Hi Rich, I too are searching for family history, so grateful for these sites. Saw Susan A Gordon listed at Boonton, date may match who we are looking for. Susan's husband was Issac H Gordon, unfortunately murdered by a George Acker. The book written "the Execution &Trial of George Acker, is now in the Library of Congress. There is no mention of where Isaac was buried anywhere. Do you know if Susan was the wife of Isaac, and any other data or direction to check? These are my husband's ancestors, Issac the Grandson of Patriot Capt William Gordon of NJ... Thanks so very much for your preserving history. June Fay

Col. Francis Barber
Hey Rich,

I just sent in an edit for Col. Barber's date of death that I came across in an old book. I have added that article to his Find A Grave entry to show that it is supposed to have happened at that time.

Just thought you might be interested to know about it.
