I am the 5th Great Grand-daughter of Ensign Jasper Moylan,half brother to General Stephen Moylan,Aide de-camp to Gen.Geo Washington. Jasper Moylan,the famous Philadelphia lawyer, was married to Eleanor Barry,my grandmother, who was sister to Commodore John Barry, father of the American Navy. Additionally, I am a teacher, published author and Gravestone Historian. I was born and raised in Bucks County PA and currently reside with my Yorkie on the sunny sands of Virginia Beach VA. Geneology is my passion and most days I climb into my "HP time machine" and I'm back in the 1700's and 1800's in Philadelphia researching my family's rich history.
