|First a big THANK YOU to all the Find-A-Grave volunteers and the folks who keep it running!|
Thanks to my Auntie A I got hooked on genealogy. Her 50+ years of research added to my own 20 years we've sorted out a lot of facts from fiction and put flesh on the bones of our ancestors.
Researching the following: Bottom, Russell, Laws/Lawes, Carpenter, Utterback, Godkin, Krebeck; Wynn; Mills; Hanks, and too many more to add here!
If I can be of help in any of the above, please feel free to ask, after all, sharing is one of the best parts of genealogy!

Sorry to report there is no marker for Donald.
He would have been in the plot next to Walter and Mabel and it has no marker. I have marked the grave with a bar to denote that.
|Julie||Lizzie B. Wickersham - a duplicate?|
Is the Lizzie B. Wickersham you entered in the Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Mercer County, KY the same as Elizabeth Bolling Wickersham, also listed in that cemetery? The dates are the same.

Very distant cousin - I am working thru the two volume Chapin descendants book and she is in there. (Book was published around 1920 and it did both the female and male lines.) Found her married name from her father's obituary. Thanks for the changes.
|Carolyn McCreight||John Barker Day|
I continue to look for any information about John Barker Day and where he is buried. He died around 1831 on the way to Springfield, Illinois.
|Carolyn Allen||Oscar G. Fowler|
I just now realized you had added a photo of the tombstone for Oscar G. Fowler in the Elmwood Cemetery . Thank you so much . I noticed you had on the same day created a memorial page and added a photo for Sarah S. Fowler which I believe was his wife . In the biography for Oscar I wrote that Oscar married Sarah Ann Sweeney who immigrated as a child from Scotland . I believe the S. on Sarah's tombstone stands for her maiden name Sweeney . I suspect those markers were side by side and certainly have the same design pattern on the left side . I will see if I can find anything new about the Sarah S. Fowler for whom you created a memorial page to confirm my suspicions that she was indeed Oscar's wife . Perhaps there is an Alabama death record for her . Oscar's sister Loni Belle Fowler Allen was my great grandmother .

Added photos for John and Margrette Johnson. You don't always find what you expect when you visit a cemetery.

|Miranda Ivie Johnston||Bottom Cemetery|
I was wondering if you had more on location for your photo request. I'm not sure if I have ever heard of Bottom Cemetery. It says it's within a mile of me?

According to count cemetery records the info on this memorial is correct.
