|First a big THANK YOU to all the Find-A-Grave volunteers and the folks who keep it running!|
Thanks to my Auntie A I got hooked on genealogy. Her 50+ years of research added to my own 20 years we've sorted out a lot of facts from fiction and put flesh on the bones of our ancestors.
Researching the following: Bottom, Russell, Laws/Lawes, Carpenter, Utterback, Godkin, Krebeck; Wynn; Mills; Hanks, and too many more to add here!
If I can be of help in any of the above, please feel free to ask, after all, sharing is one of the best parts of genealogy!

I see. Thank you. I thought I had to be the one managing it.

Mary Lewis is my Great grandmother. Her parents are Frank Votaw and Ada Votaw. You created all of these memorials. If you could connect them accordingly, I would appreciate it.

Would you be so kind and post Irvin #67901523 stone photo to his sister Christine #67901566. They share the same stone. It is your photo so you should get the credit for it. Thank you very much. Karen
Thank you for capturing the headstone for george crane. I appreciate your time and effort.

Thank you for taking and posting the picture of my ancestors grave marker.
|James Bellert||PAUL HENRY STEFFENS|
I recently completed photographing every marker in Crystal Lake Union Cemetery, but haven't finished posting them all yet. I found the photo for the Paul Henry Steffens request you made and have posted it. The marker shows the last name spelled "Steffens" so I input an edit request. I also had the photos for the markers of what appears to be the other Steffens family members. I created memorials for them so I could link them together.
There was no marker for a Harrison Steffens there, but there was one for Louise and what I assume is her husband, John W. Steffens. There are also markers for what appears to be Paul Henry Steffens' brother, Reinhold, and sister, Elsie (Steffens) Davis. All five markers are grouped together in a family plot with a large "Steffens" monument.
If you're sure that Paul's father was named Harrison, then don't link John to Paul's memorial. But, I can assure you that there are no markers in Union Cemetery for anyone named Harrison Steffen or Steffens.
I hope this helps. Please let me know what you determine about Harrison as Paul's father.
