|Hi! Please feel free to use ANY photos or memorials I have uploaded for your own purposes. I claim no "copyright" to anything. |
I am happy to be a CONTRIBUTOR and hope you find my information helpful. The essense of a contribution being, expecting nothing in return. And Find a Grave does call us CONTRIBUTORS!
I mean, really, it's not like I risked my life, or incurred much expense, or think you will use my data to profit from headstones photos, or even that I had a horribly bad time CONTRIBUTING to Find a Grave, is it? No! It has been a pleasure.
For those CONTRIBUTORS who have suffered in the process of CONTRIBUTING, to thine be the glory, you deserve all the attribution and recognition you can get, and I am sure it will be legion. It's just not my thing!
I hope my efforts will be helpful to EVERY one! And of course, additions or corrections are always welcome. Cheers from OKC!

I don't have that photo any longer. I've moved or I could go look. I can delete it and you can request a new photo.

Thank you Kent. At my age, any speed is strictly coincidence. I walked only about 1/3 the cemetery. Bunch of grandkids in or from OKC. We have relatives in Arlington Memory Gardens and Sunny Lane in Del City, as well as further west in Blaine County. We last visited in June of last year. For me, mostly Cooksey, and for the grandkids, Edwards. Best Regards, Greg.

Thanks for the Transfers Kent.
Missed transferring my Grandfather, John Henry McCort, #28919616 - I think I typed the wrong number before!

Thank you very much for the updates. Really helps in better linking these families.
BTW, I think your bio is great - my sentiments exactly!

Thank you for your "CONTRIBUTIONS" to Find A Grave. Y
You entered a number of memorials in the Austin Cemetery, Sumner County Kansas. Looks like you have some family buried there. I have a number of family members buried there as well & would like to offer taking over the management of their memorials if you would like.
My Mother is the last living child of John & Adell McCort.
The Memorials are:
Robert (28919640) & Martha (28919634) McCort, John Henry (28919457) & Adell (28919616) McCort, Harley Lee McCort ((28919464), Katherine J (McCort) Fisher (28820874) & her son Charles Fisher (288202867), Anna (McCort) Myers (28919874).
I had put in for some edits….then thought of asking you for the transfer. Sorry, I should have asked & then made the edits myself!
Thanks! Jane A (Hainsworth) Norris

My Aunt (above) is linked to Joseph H. Withrow as a child. She is a grandchild of Joseph. She is the daughter of Henry C.Withrow and Fannie Beeks Withrow. All of these people are in the Austin Cemetery. Henry C. Withrow should be linked to his father as a child with his siblings Sarah J. and the other listed daughter. Thanks for making these changes.

Thank you! Please check your Edits tab for some other updates I sent. Pam
I fulfilled your request for Harry Clark today and looked for Mildred near him. She was not there. You might call Forest Lawn, Long Beach at 1-800-204-3131 (ask for LB Records) and they can tell you whether or not she is buried there. He is buried with his daughter, Betty Schroeder. If she has a memorial I will post the photo if it has not been posted. If there is no memorial I can create one and you can request transfer if you are family.
