RE: Martha Bryant
Good Morning,
Martha Bryant is buried in the Kimball Family plot. Her name is inscribed on the back side of M. Ella Kimball's stone. I see that the Kimball Family have memorial site on Find A Grave but one member does not. Frances does not appear to have a site. If you would like this photo, I would be happy to upload it to a site or send it to you via email. Please advise. Pat

Pfaffenberger message
I have reworked my memorial and also added new ones and details that connect.
It is now more complete - thanks for the push!
Patricia now has FOUR husbands:
Drain, Seabright, Pfaffenberger and Booher.
I attempted to find first name for Drain but was unsuccessful.
The marriage record to Seabright said she was a widow so not sure. Second and third certainly ended up in divorce. You will note that she gave her wrong age to Seabright marriage. She said 22 when it should be 19 years. She must have been very young when she married the first time.
If you go on to you can find the details for marriage to both Seabright and Pfaffenberger.
Do you have room to add another husband's aurname?

Nancy's newpaper article
I've emailed you something I found after I went back to the newspaper this evening, looking for some details about her death. I was hoping for more, and hopefully the guy got what was coming to him, but I didn't see any follow up articles in the few days after her passing.

RE: Nancy Ann Pfaffenberger Booher
The other Nancy has a middle initial "C" (unless that stands for her original maiden name before adoption) and the dates are 1955-1971. She died at age 16 and was married, so her burial name is Nancy C. Gonzales. The memorial is #46596646. I pulled her death notice this afternoon before I messaged you and the Booher family matches the obituary listing, right down to a sister Jan. I posted it on the memorial page for reference to who her family members are. It is probably the same girl since your info. is that she died young at the hands of a guy. Ken, the memorial keeper, would gladly transfer the memorial to you if you request him to. He does a lot with F-A-G postings and I've communicated with him a number of times. Hopefully it is the same gal and the confusion clears. Happy Hunting, Pamela

Edward Jarvis Bartlett # 96032957

I have a photo for Edward Jarvis Bartlett and his wife taken in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery, Concord, MA. His death record says he was buried there so I will add the photo and you may want to edit the burial info.

Best regards,

Your request for a picture of the Edith McCrea stone
Hello Maxine,

With a member of the cemetery committee, I searched and photographed all of lot 63 and also surrounding areas, but there was no evidence of the stone of Edith McCrea. Williams and Margaret’s stones around quite prominent (3’ X 6’ flat gray on brick foundation), albeit heavily eroded and in some areas, impossible to read, especially in the lower sections.

However, after some time, I came to realize that Edith’s name was in fact ever so slightly discernable on the lower portion of William’s stone. Thus, William and his daughter Edith, share the same stone.

A survey was prepared in 1984 by Ms. Lucy Hazen Barnes and Ms. Martha Whitcraft in conjunction with the Delaware Genealogical Society (Tombstone Survey). The inventory was quite elusive, but after several weeks I finally got my hands on it. On page 68 appears the following;

William McCrea stone;

Sacred to the Memory of
Major William McCrea
Who died September 30, 1765 – Aged 98 years (?)

Edith Rebecca, Daughter of Major William
Died January ___, 1704 – Aged 4 months.

Margaret McCrea stone;
In Memory of M_ Margaret McCrea
Wife of Major William McCrea

Who departed this life
On the 20th of December 1760 – Aged 76

Graysontown Cemetery - George Akers
Hello, I have been maintaining the cemetery for almost 14 years now on my own, my husband and I built a vacation home on my grandfather's land beside it, and my grandparents, aunts and uncles and cousins are all buried there. We have just returned from being up there, and may not go back within the next two weeks, but when we do I will search for your tombstone.
