I am fascinated by cemeteries and the meaning of that person who is now left us. History of this Nation is built on Cemeteries...
The quiet look of a gravesite makes my mind wonder about that person and their life...only wish I could briefly visit their life.
The cemeteries are the past and the road to the future...
National Memorial Cemeter...

I simply assumed it was another Thornton so I will delete my memorial. Did you know that both his birth and death certificate are on line at http://genealogy.az.gov/ if you care to look at them.

Good Morning Rosemary, No we are not related to the Marler's we added their memorials when we were photographing others on that family plot. Are you a relative?
|Sharla||RE: Buster James|
Transferred Buster & Bret to you because of relationship. I am not related. I prefer my memorials be taken care of by family........
God Bless You,

Sorry no relation. Glad to transfer ownership if this is your family. :)

I will be returning to the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona next week. I will take a photo of your Uncle Thornton's marker at that time.
I am glad you enjoyed the photo of your Uncle Smith's marker. It is always a pleasure to take a photo of a veteran's marker.

I added a photo of your uncle's marker. You might want to redo his personal photo so that it is first on the memorial.
Was able to find the photograph. Posted it for you. Now you have both, sorry it took so long.

When I find your Uncles photograph I will post it for you. I am glad I was able to help you find them. The location is up in the pines so they have beautiful weather most of the time, and it is very quiet and peaceful.
