Feel free to use any of my photos.
If you want a transfer please let me know.
I would rather transfer memorials than do edit corrections. Edit corrections are great additional information and many people don't want to manage memorials. I am willing to process them.
The only memorials I may not transfer are my relatives. Hoarding thousands of memorials is not an interest of mine.

If you fulfilled a photo request of mine - The function to send you a message to thank you does not work on my computer for some reason lately. I thank you so much for fulfilling the photo requests.

Membership in many genealogical groups and societies requires primary sources of proof. Secondary sources of proof are tombstone photos and obituaries. Typing out an obituary is time consuming and is not acceptable proof for genealogists approving applications for The Mayflower Society or the Daughters of the American Revolution. It is also not helpful for researchers trying to link DNA evidence. Many people typing obits leave off the source and/or pertinent info and it creates more work for investigators to have to locate the original source of the obit. Reminder that obits published in newspapers are public and so are obits published on the internet. Not sure why the same people who put an obit in the newspapers or on an internet page suddenly feel putting them in Find a Grave is a privacy issue. Perhaps you need to speak with a grief therapist instead of contacting Find a Grave volunteers about things that may only be the anger and loss you have in losing your loved one.

Please be kind to each other. Timeless
