I transcribe and photograph cemeteries/grave sites because I know there is someone out there who can't make the trip or who doesn't really know where their loved ones resting place may be. My Motto: By Preserving Our Past, We Prepare For The Future!jhh That one transcription or photo CAN make a difference!|
This pix is of my baby girl (Toni Stewart), she is named after Tony Stewart of NASCAR.
For those corrections that have been sent to me, in the past 3 weeks, please resend them. We had some bad weather last evening (from December to current and all of my Find A Grave corrections went with the wind. I appreciate the help from my Find A Grave folks!!

JoAnn, your memorial to Elizabeth Osburn, Find A Grave# 42558702, is a duplicate of Roxeanne Boatright's memorial to Elizabeth Bennett Osburn, Find A Grave# 23291881.

I was in SC on vacation and took the photo of his grave. It has been added to his memorial. He is in Antioch Baptist Cemetery in Ridgeland, SC. Thought you would like to know.

Thanks for your welcome message. I just stumbled on this memorial of Paul P. Thomasson while looking for a Thomasson in Savannah. The Thomasson I'm looking for was the French Vice-Consul in 19th century Savannah and a friend of the Dupon Family on which I do my main research.
The burial records I found :

|A Carter||Infant Son of Lowell & Agnes Deal|
Infant son of Lowell & Agnes Deal – 1923
Lowell was born 1912. Agnes Tyre was born 17 Aug 1914. They married 18 Aug. 1930 in Appling County. I have a copy of the marriage license application showing they applied for a license on the 14th and married on the 18th. Ancestry is also showing they married on the 18th.
The date on the baby's headstone is wrong. Lowell would have been 11 years old and Agnes would have been 9 years old.
The correct date should probably read 1932. Whoever did the engraving made the error and transposed the numbers.
Lowell and his second wife, Pauline Ray Deal are also buried in Lake Chapel Cemetery. Their 1st child Teresa Ann Deal 1 May 1948 – 11 May 1949 is also buried there. There is no link of them being her parents.
If you are familiar with the Silas (Sonny) and Annie Thornton Tyre family of the Long Branch Community and Screven area, Agnes was one of their children. She died in Florida.
I'm sorry this is so long, but I wanted you to understand their connections and also explain the error someone made a long time ago.

No need to apologize.
Would you post a comment on another one that I know is wrong? There needs to be an explanation of the error.
