Bio Photo I transcribe and photograph cemeteries/grave sites because I know there is someone out there who can't make the trip or who doesn't really know where their loved ones resting place may be. My Motto: By Preserving Our Past, We Prepare For The Future!jhh That one transcription or photo CAN make a difference!

This pix is of my baby girl (Toni Stewart), she is named after Tony Stewart of NASCAR.

Hey JoAnn!
You have sent so many corrections for the Catholic Cemetery. I was just wondering if you typed all these from a book? I didn't think the books were online to copy and paste. You have done so much! Just curious!! :)

RE: June Blackwell
Thank you so much for the info. I will try to find it from this info.

Big Boy is my hunter. He patrols our yard to run all intruders off. This is armadillos and opossum mostly.

Give Toni a hug for me.

RE: Adults Stafford 37542056
The one that was ADULT Stafford (no S) would be the wife of Elliot Stafford 37542016

Her name was Pearl Strickland Stafford (bd 9 March 1894 & dd 30 Aug 1926)

She would be linked HUSAND to Elliot Stafford 37542016 and to

FATHER 37542996 John Malone 'Lone' Strickland

MOTHER 37542939 Janie Anna Murray Strickland

Adults Stafford 37542056
Looking at your edit for them should I separate them since one of them is Leo & the other one list the other as Adult Stafford? The reason I ask is that you have the bd 9 March 1894 & dd 30 Aug 1926. And the info that you previously sent me shows bd 30 Dec 1913 & dd 11 May 1989. Is there a possibility that the info is for the other Stafford? I just want to get things straight and you know me, I have made boos boos and I just want to get info right.

Hope the weather where you are at is not as bad as some others and the others include me.

RE: Edward J. Murphy 158249087
Goodness, how did I miss this?
Well, I'm happy to have them transferred to me. If a closer relative shows up I can transfer on to them.
I have SO MANY relatives in Bonaventure/the old Catholic Cemetery in Savannah. From the 1800's until just a few years ago (Murphy, Pate, Ewing and more). I try to visit every time I travel down 95 to FL, but it seems I'm always rushed by other family members. Thank you so much for reaching out to me. I hope to resume my genealogy research very soon and may take you up on your offer of lookups!

RE: Wilson Cemetery
I know it's been a year or three but I finally made it back to Wilson Cemetery (or Brannen-Wilson Cemetery) today. Someone has been maintaining it, or at least cutting the grass and getting fallen limbs out, etc. The cemetery can't be seen at all from the road but the area around it is nicely cut as is the area within the cemetery itself. I took new pictures of all the current markers and will upload them as soon as possible.
