Wilson Ross Knicely
Wilson Ross Knicely is a brother to my great grandfather. I would like you permission to save the picture you have published to my family history research. Do you have any idea where the picture came from?

Eileen Payne
John Payne's Photo
As Lori said ... I was overjoyed to actually be able to see what my Great-Uncle John looked like. For almost a century our family didn't even know of his existence so this is the only picture we are likely to ever have. Thank you for your wonderful, amazing work! With sincerest gratitude ... Eileen Payne and Family.

John Payne's photo
Home run on the John Payne's First World War photo. He was a British Home Child brought to Canada by the Annie MacPherson's home, I was just adding him to our Find A Grave casualty list for a family member when I saw you had added the photo. As she just said in a note to me: "this was my dream to have a photo of him. I thought it so sad that there none .... like he never existed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart." So thank you for your time and effort to have these boys remembered.

James Daly
Thank you for your edit for his first name but I don't include rank, since it makes it difficult to search for a person.
Thanks also for the photos!

Robert Hughes
You have recently uploaded a photo of my grandmothers brother Robert Hughes. I am in the middle of researching my family tree and I was wondering where you got the photo and can I use it.

Also he was born in North Wales where his family originated from I don't understand why he was part of the Canadian forces. Can you enlighten me on this or give me some indication where I can get some further information about this.
