I got started taking pics of grave stones in looking for Civil War Veterans monuments. Now I take pics of any grave stones with an emphasis on all Veterans. I can spot a Span-Am flag holder in a cemetery from yards away.
My goal is to preserve any piece of history I can get my hands on, particularly in light of how much was lost in our area during Huricanes Irene & Lee.
