I found Find A Grave by accident one day and thought what an interesting site! I think it's a wonderful thing to be able to connect people with the departed that are far away they're searching for as I've been able to do on here. I have gathered a lot of information about my ancestors from Find a Grave and the wonderful contributors on the site.

I am borderline obsessive about correcting memorials and linking family members on FAG. I see it as another way of paying tribute to the departed to see that they are still a family even in death. Additionally, it helps tremendously with genealogy research.
