Bio and Links
Bio Photo San Diego has some of the best Find a Grave contributors who are doing an amazing job of documenting our local cemeteries. If you need a grave photo there is no shortage photo volunteers. If you are looking for an obituary, cemetery information or advice we have volunteers happy to help you.
If you are new to Find a Grave and want to start contributing in the San Diego area please read the FAQs or reach out to someone with your questions.

Please always do a search before creating a new memorial

Links, Corrections and additional information
Please use the edit tab and I will be happy to make corrections, add links and additional information. Do not leave information you want added on this page.

Note: Abstracted lists (such as census, death index, etc.) should be formulated into complete sentences prior to submitting for addition to the bio.
Copy-and-paste census, military and other data is not a "bio". Please don't send these type of bios because they will not be added.

This is Find-a-Grave, we find graves, so please, if the memorial doesn't have a grave photo, request one prior to asking for a transfer.
I'm pretty liberal when it comes to transfers, however too many times I have transferred and nothing is added or changed. So if you want a transfer, please:
1. Post any family photos (if you have them)
2. Provide me with family links and biographical information you wish to add to the memorial.
3. Tell me your exact relationship

I will not make a transfer if you create excessive memorials with unknown burial locations.

Please be a Find a Grave contributor, not just a collector of someone else's work

✔ PLEASE NOTE!!! Do not move your Burial Unknown into the correct cemetery based on the information you found from my memorial & then demand that I delete my duplicate.

RE: Gordon Kimble
Looks like there's already a picture on 12103421. I'll put my picture there if you want, but I don't think it adds much.

RE: John Goble
Sorry if I'm confused. Your memorial #133601345 has John W Goble (not John Larkin Goble);
Birth: Jan. 11, 1923
Death: Dec. 25, 1949

Which matches the military marker for Sgt John Walter Goble;
Birth: Jan. 11, 1923
Death: Dec. 25, 1944

Note your YOD 1949 differs from John Walter Goble YOD 1944.

Sorry if I'm confused, just trying to understand

RE: Abbetts at El Camino
That is funny, I was working on a batch of March thru November of 2011 I just cleaned off an older memory chip and never had entered. All the memorials are up now so less typing for me.

RE: Abbetts at El Camino
Since you created the memorial I believe you should retain the photo honors. I thought I had the photo in my shots library somewhere but am not finding it.
Ended up adding a bunch of shots to Ft. Rosecrans today instead. I take too many and dont get them all added right away. only seem to be 26 hours in a day anymore.

RE: Emma and Anita at Greenwood
I sent you their obits. These two sisters with no last name fascinated me and I was determined to figure out who they were. Took a lot of searching but the obits confirmed my suspicions so I sent them to you as standard Sac's. Both ladies are in the early CADI. As I recall Emma as Martinez and "Anita" as Anna Demartinez. Anita must be a nickname for Anna which makes sense but because she married a Martinez she became Martinez de Martinez as noted in the obit.

Thank You!!!!! I thought I had clicked on the correct cemetery but obviously I didn't. She is a relative of mine so I'm extremely grateful you caught the error! Let me know if I still didn't get it right.

Best Regards!
