RE: Cemetery Name Change
Many thanks sent your way. I rechecked my records and both death records say Orange County. This is what I get for taking a husband's word!

RE: Cemetery Name Change
Hazel Marguerita Billingsley LeBlanc was born 1890 and died 13 Mar 1958 in North Long Beach. Her husband was Alfred or Fred Ancy LeBlanc born 1888, died 3 Nov 1969 in Hynes-Clearwater (now Paramount). As I stated before her obit says she was to be buried in the Paramount Cemetery. Unfortunately my husband does not remember where either one is buried. Poor soul isn't into genealogy!! Thank you for your time on my behalf.

Cheers - Maurine LeBlanc

Cemetery Name Change
Good day,

My husband's grandmother's obituary states she was to buried in Paramount Cemetery. Was Forest Lawn at one time called Paramount? My goal is to create two memorials but want to be 100% sure of accuracy. Thank you indeed for your time.

Peacock's at Oakwood Cemetery
Hi! Photos posted for Joseph and Clara Peacock.

Also there is a Peacock monument:

1. William Peacock, Mar. 30 1817 - Feb 2, 1884 (note these days may be inaccurate because of weathering of the monument). There are also small foot stones.

2. Susan Peacock, 1825 - 1867 (?)

In the main photo you can also see two white stones to the left of the Peacock monument. These are for persons with the last name of Burlingame and Sargent. I don't remember the first names, but I saw a Burlingame name connection when posting the Joseph & Clara photos.

If you create the memorials (if needed) and add the photo requests I will post the photos I took.
