Bio and Links
Bio Photo I developed taphophilia in Nov 2007. I'm adding what I can, photos and accurate transcriptions, because stones deteriorate and there's no better time than now.

On a philosophical note: I believe that an unmarried woman's surname should never be listed in the "maiden name" field, and a divorced woman who returned to her maiden name should also have that name as her surname

Thanks. I don't know how this incomplete record happened. I was entering Francis J. Donley who was once married to my great aunt. Glad you spotted the mistake.

Not 100% sure, but it's the right name and date of death.

RE: Recycling a memorial
P.S. Padre was the word I thought was Pilar until I blew up the picture and cleaned it up by edit. AND I had Pilar as the first name. AND if you look at the picture, Rodriguez is at the bottom of the better shot, not sure if that is the person's name but it is a LAST NAME.

RE: Recycling a memorial
Wow, you are kinda a Find A Grave stalker but no, it was not a duplicate, never was. I thought it odd when you sent me the first email, cause I couldn't figure how you would think it was, same first name but no picture, no duplicate dates, etc. I had several 'unknowns' that I was trying to get the spanish translated to hopefully put the right name on them. You could probably stalk me some more and see where I changed names on several others because of spelling or what I thought was a name really wasn't. I had 5 shots of the what I think now is "Rodriquez' but first thought after a blow up it was a Pilar (or similar P name) and a relative as so close to the first Pilar, but I was wrong so I fixed the name. I may end up changing the Rodriquez after I can go back to redo the picture and possibly get a better shot of the name. BUT no, it never was a duplicate. I post the picture with the page but had my flash player crash several times so I lost a few of the pictures and had to go back. When doing cemeteries I have 5 to 6, (more on days the internet is clicking good) windows open and uploading pictures at the same time. When you sent me the 'duplicate' message the same DAY? as I was working on all these 'unknowns'. So I guess you are saying that I can't change the names of the 'unknowns'?? I have absolutely no reason to lie and I find it really odd that you email me the same day I'm working on the cemetery, it is obvious that I was putting pictures up with memorials or making clear there was a death cert info. Then you 'follow' along to double check what? Really what? I go in order of my pictures I take, so you want me to upload my whole library to prove to you that you are arong? Yes, it had Pilar and now Rodriquez and it may have another name should I get it translated or better picture. NO matter what..it was NEVER A DUPLICATE. I also changed the names of several others that day after looking up death certs, google translate, etc...what about those? You are not sitting on my side of the computer. There are several other people in that cemetery and others with similar names, so if I find a name it spelled wrong or incorrect and I change, am I going to be accused of duplication? I duplicate enough by accident that I have no problem admitting it, it happens, part of the process but this is totally ridiculous and silly of you....what did I do to you?
