Bio and Links
Bio Photo A native of Oklahoma City, I remain a longtime resident. Currently I am the Executive Director of the Casey Family Assn. Inc.; compiling and researching the Casey family history since 1992, and personally since circa 1982.

Our particular Clan Casey, even prior to 1725, when it first arrived on American shores, has been predominately Scots-Irish Protestants in faith and loyalties. No offense to Casey clans of other persuasions.

US Navy veteran: CTR3 (Communications Technician, R-brancher), USN (1967-1971). I'm looking for any and all former NSG Hakata, Japan CTs.

I support transfers to known relatives! After all, who is better qualified to manage a memorial than someone with a caring, kinship interest. However, please be somewhat specific in your requests. "This is a relative's memorial" will not suffice in the future. If you're only third cousins, five times removed, please just let me know. I'll probably transfer. Unfortunately, it only takes a few to make the majority of good contributors look bad.

And please let me know if you wish any of my photos removed. Especially the temporary grave markers, in lieu of permanent.

Stop by and pay a visit to my hero dad, Sgt. Raymond L. Casey.

"Our Country! In her intercourse with foreign nations may she always be in the right; but right or wrong, our country!" Stephen Decatur.

RE: Information regarding the Casey name
If it helps he was in the air force as well although I dont know the years he served. He came to columbus, ohio and was based out of Rickenbacker airport. Columbus, Ohio is where he met my grandmother and they started a life here in Columbus, Ohio. I was also told that Jim Nabors (Gomer Pyle) is a cousin of ours although I dont know how. I really appreciate anything you can give me...... Someone told me we had a cousin in alabama but I never got their information. A thousand thank yous for everything!

RE: Fairlawn: WATKINS
Mike,

I apologize for this mistake, I had too many windows open last night and applied the link (memorial #) to the wrong Patricia Watkins. I have requested the correction to remove memorial # 124380418 as the mother of 145363248.

The photos you have attached to John at Memorial Park are not for him but for his father. Would you please remove the photos? Thank you
