I truly love cemeteries and researching family histories. If update is a family member, please let me know at time of request and I will be happy to transfer.
If interested in a transfer...please follow the instructions from Find A Grave and use the edit key on the site. I will not make corrections/additions if edit key is not used. By using the edit key I will have all the info I need to make the transfer. I'm happy to transfer family but you must state your relationship or I will not transfer. Please feel free to use any headstone pictures I have added.
Recently someone contacted me asking that I delete my entry as they had just entered a duplicate and liked theirs better...please don't do this. Nor collect people with the same name, this is not accepted by Find A Grave. As I said before, I am happy to transfer immediate family.
Family names I'm researching are Ashworth, Brasher, Learned/Larned, McCrady, Carpenter and Ziebarth/Cibart.
**** Please note that name and date corrections can now be made by you using the edit tab. ****
Memorial# 36182287 Wm Prescot Farris The stick marker was placed for William Preston Farris. The sticks were placed by Margaret and Darrell Stafford several years ago, and there are memorial markers (not stones) there now.
Memorial# 36182280 Thomas Henry Ellis There is only one Thomas Ellis in the Oregon Death Index who would fit w/ being a "Bro of Frank", and he died in Jackson County 12 Sep 1930. Pretty sure this is the same man, but it's up to you.
Memorial# 36182195 Doris Lucille Bradley There is only one such name in the Oregon Death Index. Born 11 Apr 1912, Died 4 Jul 1989. If the cemetery folks can tell you when she was buried, that should pretty much tell you if this is the same person.
Memorial 50952238 Rhoda Back Collins Hi Suzanna, First, I would like to thank you for your time and generosity in creating Find A Grave Memorials, it is appreciated by so many. I tried to send you an email, but the link does not work.
In regards to this memorial, the name is incorrect. Her name was Rhoda Banks (maiden name Rhoda Back/Bach). She was married to Frazier Banks, the son of Samuel Banks and Mary Polly Frazier.
If the cemetery records reflect Collins, then they need to be notified, as their records are incorrect. There has to be a transcription error somewhere. Did you view the head stone? What was the name on it? There is no photo.
Just sharing - thought you would want to know. Thank you for your time and consideration. Happy Trails, Nancy
