Falls Cemetery is privately owned and was platted in 1861. It has expanded and grown to 67 acres situated on a beautiful, rolling hills landscape. Hundreds of pioneer and founding family members are interred, including those from the Hanna Cemetery relocated in 1907. Honored interred veterans include over 330 from the Civil War, plus hundreds from the War of 1812, Mexican-American and Spanish-American Wars, World Wars I and II, Korean conflict, Viet Nam and subsequent wars.|
The Friends of Falls Cemetery was organized in August 2009 consisting of Wabash area residents who are largely descendants of the 13,000+ souls interred. It was officially sanctioned and its work approved and encouraged by the Wabash Cemetery Society, Inc. board of directors on November 17, 2009.
It is our goal to accurately and respectfully document the lives and relationships of those interred in Falls Cemetery. We further strive to present them in the best possible manner with biographies, histories and obituaries whenever possible, and will include plot locations and attractive tombstone photography. Additions and corrections to these memorials are welcome as are new participants in our group. Upon request, we will gladly transfer memorials to family members, and will give consideration to out-of-guideline relationships. Existing FindAGrave memorials may be (temporarily) transferred to us for research and photography.

I will NOT post word for word obituaries that are under copyright from the publisher of the newspaper, nor will I mention living people (out of respect for the privacy rights of those people). I will 'paraphrase' obituaries submitted to me for my review while omitting the mention of living persons. This is the last I will say to you on this subject.

I added a picture of his and Clara Effieline "Effie" Pardue's marriage certificate to his Find A Grave Memorial# 28841541
I didn't know any other way to show it to you and I can remove it if you are satisfied as proof of their marriage and want it removed.

Hello! I would like to tell you that there is a duplicate listing for the above person. The memorial numbers are #49039934 & #51958164. Please merge them together into one. Thank you for your assistance!
|Cynthia Quiroz||RE: Marvin & Nancy Crowe|
You are very welcome!
|Roger L. Price||Myrl Schuler|
After doing some checking, I figured out how and why I made the memorial. IF you would have looked at the spelling on my memorial, you would see that Myrl had an E on it. That is why I found no duplicates. I haven't figured out the source of my memorial, but I think it was on the internet. I'm sure the spelling error was the cause of the error. We see funeral homes make spelling errors quite often, don't we. Obviously, I wouldn't want to make a duplicate of one of your memorials, knowing it would be deleted and a waste of time.

Hello, I am updating a family history, Berkebile Families in America, 6th edition, of which Andrew Lee Monce and family are members. Could I have your permission to use your photos of their stones in the new book? You would of course be given credit for the photo.

Please link Edna to her father, Lemuel Woods Find A Grave 68598091 and her mother Rose Etta Jefferies Woods Find A Grave# 68598079. Edna was my grandmother by marriage. I have already linked her to my mother in law. Thank you so much for all that you do.

Can you confirm or deny that Spanish American War veteran George F. Brady is the veteran by that name who was awarded the Medal of Honor for actions aboard the torpedo boat Winslow on 11 May 1898? Thank you.
