|I've been working on photos and memorials for a cemetery near where I live. Some are also from other cemeteries I've visited, where maybe the style or age of the marker caught my eye. And I've got a few relatives included also. But many of my memorials are people I've never known. If you have additional information, corrections, or would like to transfer ownership, let me know.|
I've been trying to post photos for all the memorials I do. You're welcome to copy or print any of my photos, or post them on other websites if you like. In many cases, I've got higher resolution or uncropped versions on my computer; email if you need anything.

|SH||William Alfred/Alford Riggs not Arthur|
Currently his name is listed incorrectly as William Arthur Riggs. His wife, Mittie Pearl Ballard Riggs, has written in their family Bible as his middle name being Alford in one spot and in another as Alfred. Several of their children have said that is middle name was Alford, which is shown on his death certificate. His death certificate shows his middle name as Alford. Mittie Pearl Ballard Riggs also has handwritten notes listing his name with both middle names. Never has his middle name been William Arthur Riggs. Please correct, I am a granddaughter. Thank you!

|Barbara Schell Snyder||Grady Wesley 'Shorty' Schell # 20849620|
I just discovered Find A Grave and it is awesome
This is my Uncle my father being the Raymond Schell that is listed in the obit.
Their mother had died and the older kids were to take care of "Shorty' and he never came back from the war. My dad never got over it until he told me a few days before he died in 1985 that their mother (Emily Landers Schell) came and told him she forgave him.
We had never been allowed to talk @ him or her and finding this -- well I've done our family tree and will share with anyone -- but this is the best thing I've EVER FOUND & I have YOU & Find A Grave to thank.

Under the photo you indicate that there is an 'L' in the middle intial. The expanded picture clearly shows a 'E' Thanks for the picture.

In your comment under the photo you took of her tombstone says you are not sure if the tombstone name is correct.
Her great granddaughter said that her correct name was "George Ann", not "George Anna". And that's the way she spelled the name.
Thought you might be interested.
