Bio and Links
Bio Photo After retiring from the USPS in 1991, I got involved in genealogy to learn about the history of my family. I was a member of the FVGS in Naperville, IL for over 5 years. I assisted in recording burial records in Kane and Dupage County cemeteries and then was the editor of "First Methodist Church" in Aurora recording their history going back to 1850. While there I volunteered with the Aurora Historical Society to help in transcribing probate records from Kane Co., IL court records.
My wife, Karolyn [Kendig] and I met while comparing notes on my gr-gr grandfather Silas Reynolds in 1998. We had both lost our spouses earlier. She is also active in genealogy tracing family records for over thirty years. We happen to be 4th cousins and in 1999 decided to work together and published a book of our common ancestor "The Descendants of Benjamin and Anna [Cornell] Reynolds" in 2004. Since then we have continued our research and "Find A Grave" has been a great resource for remembering and displaying them to others. I only enter Memorials of relatives and I am willing to transfer some of those.
I appreciate getting suggestions that add to these Memorials and help to make them more complete.

Hi, Darrell.
Was working on the family this evening and was wanting to know if you could add Delbert's mother and father to his site?

Thanks again,

More on Hammer wives memorials
I finally found the problems...Howard Henry Hammer 37307594 has two wives linked to him
the correct one is Mary Etta 37307757

the memorial 37307708 for Lenore is completely wrong...wrong dates, spouse link, photo, etc
to correct this it needs to be transferered back to LDS Family History Center and ask that they remove it . Then the proper memorials for Mary Etta and Lenore will be in place...

A. Lenore Price Hammers's photo has been placed on the wrong memorial..I have sent a message to Amber for her to fix it...
Lenore Albright Hammer's name is wrong...I will send edits for corrections. Thanks

Did you know you have placed him in the wrong cemetery? His tombstone is actually in Philadelphia Cemetery. Someone has photographed it but there is not a lengthy write-up. He is not in Sugar Creek cemetery.

Hello, you made his memorial page on Find A Grave, but you do not show a cemetery. Is he buried in Weaver with the rest of his family? Your help is much appreciated, thank you for your hard work for Find A Grave.

Availability of your book for purchase
I too am descended from Benjamin and Anna Cornell Reynolds. I noticed that you and your wife have written a book related to them and their descendants. Is this book available for purchase?

My great great great grandparents were Benjamin and Anna.

It has been so fun finding info on Findagrave as well as pictures! Thank you for all the work you have done! I now may be able to identify some pictures related to this family and would have pictures to share. Jan Reynolds Pennell

Mem. #47711201
Asking the same for another Reynolds family member, Hubert Allison "Hub" Reynolds, Memorial #47711201 - permission to use both the bio and the pictures? I'm still researching the rest of Harrison Hyatt Reynolds family, so there might be others you've worked with also.
Again, much appreciated.
