Bio Photo We have been doing genealogy since 1980, mainly our families, getting to know our past; and finding our cousins which we have found many and enjoying the new friendships... We RV travel the east coast and enjoy taking photo requests at cemeteries near campgrounds we visit.

RE: Ridgeland sc
We have a McDonald first cousin who lives in Yulee, has for 40 or more years, I would say. They are the Pope Family. Inez Elizabeth (Lizzie)McDonald, my husband's 1st cousin, about 69 years, her husband John Richard P. (died 2011) Maybe you know them? Three daughters: Patricia aka as (Suzie), Phyllis & Katherine, all grown & married.

Have fun on your vacation & drive safe.

Oh! I've been trying to get John's Obit, I tried the a website to the local paper - Leader at Fernandina Beach, FL. (I believe that's where the Obit was published, the Times-Union is just a death notice), but the Leader doesn't let you get into the archives. Any suggestions?

My regular email is Lindadunnican@bellsouth.net if that's easier, up to you. Linda

OOPS!
Where did all those dups come from? Thanks for bringing them to my attention. I think I got them all deleted. Take care.

RE: George E. Camp
Thanks for the quite response Patti! As far as I know of Grandpa Camp and his wife Kathryn were the only ones up in Elmira.I know that Kathryn had a daughter whose name, I believe, is/was Joyce. I also found that my grandfather had one sister, Murrell (or Merrell) Camp-Ellsworth who was married to Howard Ellsworth but I'm not certain if she stayed in PA or moved up to Elmira to be near my grandfather. My great grandfather was Orin Eugene Camp and he was also born in PA but I don't know where he passed. I would be so appreciative for any info you can find on grandpa Camp, or Kathryn, the next time you are up in Elmira :)

George E. Camp
Hi Patti,

I just wanted to say thank you for taking the picture of George E. Camp's gravestone, up at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, in Elmira, NY. George was my father's biological dad and we only met him once a few years before he passed. I'm trying to find more information on him and was so happy to find out where he is buried! I'm not sure if you knew him, or someone just requested the picture, but if you did know him any info you can provide would be awesome. You can private message me. Thank you again!!

Dear Patti,
Thanks so much for checking on his grave marker. I didn't know it was unmarked. Thanks for this wonderful information.
