Bio Photo The human stories and history that can be found in cemeteries have facinated my husband and I for years. We are happy to share this facination with the Find A Grave community. Please contact us if you have any additional information to add to our memorials. Also, please feel free to use our pictures to enhance your family histories. A credit would be nice but not a requirement.

Payne memorials
Got a message from you about some duplicate memorials for the Paynes in Prescott AZ that I posted. I was very new at this when I posted the photos and did not know that I could have added them to the existing memorial. At this point, I'm not quite sure how to fix it. Can I just add my photos to the previous memorial and then delete my posting completely? Reading the "duplicate memorials" section makes it sound like only Find a Grave can fix it. You have been doing this much longer so maybe you can advise me.

RE: John Parker
The date of his birth and the area where he lived both fit. I will see what else I can discover.

Thanks,
Martha

Samuel Criswell Giles
Thank you, deeply, for chronicling the grave and info for Samuel Criswell Giles. He is the brother of my great grandmother, Susanna Nancy Giles and homesteaded with my great grandfather Ralph Harold Dickey. He was a very important part of their life and was deeply loved.

RE: Nellie E. Joy
Suzy & Rob, I have more information for you. The Nellie Peabody you have posted at Fairmount Cemetery is a duplicate. If you will look under Eleanor Esther "Nellie" Peabody Joy at Fairmount Cem., you will find her listed along with her husband, George Sheldon Peabody. She was at one time married to John Edward Joy and is definitely not my Nellie Joy. You were correct in removing her connections to James Madison Joy and the others. Thank you for doing so. I appreciate all the work you do for Find-a-Grave. Lin

RE: Nellie E. Joy
Thanks for such a quick response. I have done quite a lot of research on my great grandmother and I do not believe she is the one you have, although she may be related in some way. Nellie Evelyn Joy died Apr. 29, 1917 - not even the same year. I did find another tree that had George Sheldon Peabody married to a Nellie F. Joy, however. I think that's the one you have. I will continue to research and let you know for sure.

Nellie E. Joy
I would like you to contact me about Nellie E. Joy that you have listed at Fairmount Cem. Nellie E. Joy, whose father was James Madison Joy, was my great-grandmother and she is buried at Mt. Olivet Cem. in Wheat Ridge (Denver) CO. I'm not sure who the Nellie P. Joy is that you have as Nellie E., but I'd like to know more. Thanks. Lin

I was wondering if you are related to Suzette? My great grand parents were her performing partners in the Peerless Trio.
