My name is Craig Caudill, and I like to dig up my ancestors (not literally, that would be kind of gross) as well as digging up ancestors for anyone that I can help. I live in Scott County, Indiana, but I have a lot of relatives in the southeastern corner of Kentucky. Some of the names I research is Caudill, Nicholas, Fields, Donahue, Logan, Craig, and many others. If you live far away and need photos of a stone in Scott County, I would be happy to try to find it for you. My sister owns Integrity Memorials in Scottsburg. She and I go "cemeterying" as a hobby quite often.

Sarah J Crum was put on Find a grave Find A Grave number 20714815 on July 31 2007 by Linda LaMaster and now being maintained by Debbie Campbell.
You put the same Name and stone on Find A Grave number 114814683 on 8/2/2013. Will you kindly delete yours so it is not so confusing.
Thanks for your help and your work on Find-A-Grave.

Hello, You have two Lucy Gorrell in the Crothersville Cemetery, Jackson Co., IN and both have the same dates. I have added additional info to one, I think.
Craig, several times I have searched for graves for those in my family tree from Scott County and surrounding counties in Indiana, I have found that you entered their pages and/or added photos of the headstones. I really appreciate what you do for the Find A Grave community!
|J L||location of Steep Hollow?|
Steep Hollow is supposed to be in Jackson county but searches show it in way over in Martin county? Where is it actually located? Thanks!

Thank you so much Craig! I was looking at aerial photos and guessed that was the location.
My grandparents (Gertrude and Nim Reynolds) are buried there. Gertrude was a Brashear. My sister and I were there for the funerals but it was so long ago we could not remember how to get to it. When we were in Viper, we even stopped and asked a few people and they were not sure, sent us to other cemeteries. And stopped at the Brashear funeral home too, but they were closed. My sister lives near Lexington so she will probably head back down there again when she has a chance to see if she can locate it now that we have directions.

Hi Craig -
Do you know the location of the Nathaniel Brashear Cemetery? My sister and I were in that area last week and did not know where to find it. Asked a few people and ended up on a wild goose chase.
Also, the photo shows W C Brashear Cemetery. Is that an alternate name for it?

Hi Craig Lee, I have been trying to locate Margaret Stacy's grave. She is the wife of my uncle Jack Stacy. I believe they lived in Scottsburg. I don't know the year of her death. I am into ancestry.com and, my favorite, Find A Grave and am just trying to locate all family members for future generations. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

Hi, again. I also noticed I couldn't add my uncle, Wayne Fox, to my grandparents' pages (James Hurshel and Ruth Turner Fox). Does one need to become a contributor to have special access?
