I got involved with genealogy in 1982 when my parents were celebrating their 50th anniversary and wanted a family reunion campout with cousins they hadn't seen for many years. Mother's father was one of 13 children who had been close while growing up, but had drifted apart. My job was to "connect the dots" as to how we were related. As many of you know, it has exploded from there.

I have been a Find a Grave member for several years, but have recently become involved in picture taking. When I get a request, I can't just take that picture, but surrounding ones.
