Hi Bob can you get me a grave pic of my ancestor Frances Bowden Dennis? thanks...Debbie Dennis Sheridan

It is discovered that the real Lt Colonel that this gravestone needs to be upon is from New Jersey and is a hero in that community. To the point, the community is named after him. It would have been easy enough to order the gravestone with the name and receive it without the government having any idea. The family, and this is just an opinion, saw the name and rank and without further research claimed the name as their ancestor. The evidence provided is without a doubt as much needed as possible to convince anyone. The Massachusetts SAR Headquarters has been made aware of the research and I've requested their own examination. It is my opinion that to safe guard our history, we must tell the truth. If this research is found wrong, I will be glad to admit to it.
Thanks for your reply and dedication!

Got lucky. Of all the pix I took that evening, there was one for him and one for a person who did not have a memorial. But I wasn't able to find John Poland, which was my main reason for looking. My great great grandfather Charles Poland was born on St. Peters St., which runs by the cemtery, so we thought he might be related.
