My interests include genealogy-of course! and my grandchildren, gardening and just enjoying life! I am a member of the DAR; with more than two dozen known/proven Revolutionary War Patriots who have gone before me-very proud of the heritage that I am learning about. I was given up for adoption at birth and reunited with my mother in 2000 and my father in 2001--a true blessing to learn of my heritage and to introduce them to their own ! My adult children do not yet understand the importance of researching family and getting to know one's heritage while some of the relatives are still living...soon it will be too late!
My main research is Pipher/ Clark/ Nelson/ Howard/ East/ Davis/Ketcham/ Malcheski (Malczewski) among other names.
My third hubby and I have enjoyed walking cemeteries to photograph for others as a way to pay forward what others have done for me/us!
My roots are in Michigan tho I grew up in Ohio and raised my kids here. Hubby is from Wisconsin originally.
Our goal is to someday move to the Big Island of Hawaii, where my husband lived for many years.
