I am researching my family history, and find that gravesites have been a tremendous help. I plan on visiting several cemeteries in the Northeast this summer, and will take requests for that area and add any information I find. I am happy to help any individual who would like local photos for his/her personal use, and any photo I upload to a site can be used in any personal use except for profit.

My family tree, and everyone else's, is a very personal thing, and I am enjoying the research.

I am confused about "copyright", etc. If I post a photo, and I will, I would want and expect others doing research to use that photo in their personal family trees. And what about the "share" option... how is that OK when I can "share" pictures I didn't take, when there are copyright warnings all over not to use anyone else's picture? What am I misinterpreting here?
