I am unable to devote as much time as I would like to FAG and fulfilling photo request. One of these days when I retire from this, my second career, I will dedicate more time. I've always been fascinated by people and history.
I recently submitted my DNA to Ancestry and have received the results. I was surprised, and maybe a little disappointed. I have always been told growing up that I was part Italian and part American Indian. The results showed:
62% Europe/Northwestern Europe
20% Irish/Scottish
3% France
3% Greece & Balkins
2% Italian
No mention of American Indian
I know my dad's side has some so I would've expected at least a small percentage.
