I am a Find A Grave volunteer and don't know anything more about an ancestor other than what is listed on the memorial.

I am motivated to do all I can to preserve a family's history and the memory of those who should still be honored even by those of us who are a part of a generation who may have never known them in life. I like to think about the generations of future family members who will benefit from the data that I, and other volunteers, find and post on memorials. A little contribution to our society.
