I live in Ridgeway, Iowa County, Wisconsin. I grew up in nearby Mount Horeb, Dane County, Wisconsin. My hobbies / passions are genealogy, photography, gardening and crafting. When the weather allows, I like to tromp around cemeteries and find relatives and other people I know. I am most interested in my Norwegian ancestors and mine and my husbands German ancestors; with names like, Venden, Moen, Swiggum, Zwiefelhofer, Waterbury, Stroede, Mueller & Brunk. Also, I've been researching my step-grandpa Gammeter's family (Swiss), and my daughter's father's heritage.
