Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been researching my families since 2000 which consist primarily of (paternal) Fortney, Groves & Summers and (maternal) Armstrong, Boylen & Fawley.

The majority of memorials I have created are of my relatives. However, I have created some memorials for unrelated folks whose headstones I just happened to photograph while visiting a particular cemetery. If I have created a memorial that you'd like transferred to you, please send a note via normal channels under the 'Edit' tab of the memorial with a comment stating your relationship to that person.

Headstone Photos: permission is hereby given to relatives to use my headstone photos for their personal use. You can right click on a photo and select to Save to your computer.

If you are or think you are related to me, please contact me by email and/or visit my website.

RE: George W Summers #105913937
George W. Summers' parents were Moses Taylor Summers and Catherine Ann Cockrell, who has also been named Elizabeth Amanda.

I am of the Cockrell line and am not familiar with the Summers line

If you send me your email address, I will send you what I do have.

RE: Julia Ann Groves Turner
Her death certificate does say Reedsville, but actually ended up being buried elsewhere. Thanks for changing it.-Tammy

Thank you, Del, for making me aware of this change in name. No, I'm not a relative. This was a request I claimed. So glad we have it corrected now. Have a great evening and thanks again! GOD Bless!

Hi Del! Bick or Bic is a nickname given to her by my cousin. He couldn't say "biscuit" , which is how he identified her when he was little (not sure if she baked those for him), and it came out "Bic"...she was forever known as Aunt Bic!

RE: Alexander Summers m. Anna Frum
Thanks for all your work! I thought I had found all of the Frums last year, but i had missed Anna, so I was happy to find your memorials and add them to my tree. I'm still searching for documentation on Minerva & other siblings.

Wow, thank you for the transfers of the Lucas's. Now my work is really cut out for me... LOL I am in the middle of researching them all. Thank you again, I will take good care of them.

RE: Gay Willis Fortney #120328136
Del, it is odd that she was married to both brothers. The 1940 population schedule has Kathleen married to Gay and both living with her father, Russell.

RE: Agnes
Thanks. Madelyn and my mother were 1st cousins. Mom would spend the summer with her grandparents John & Eva Jobes. Madelyn was a couple years older than mom so the "played" together.

Wright and Tanner

The Wright and Tanner memorials you sent edits for were my grandfather's sisters. I actually sent a request to have Ramona's memorial deleted for the time being because she is still alive.
