I lived 18 years of my life in Pleasants County, WV...married then lived in Parkersburg for many years. Living in North Carolina now it means so much that I can go online and see my family and friends graves in West Virginia. I am trying to locate as many records of the Pinkerton Family,Maston, Kelley and Malone's... mine was located in Pleasants County and all over WV, came here from Ohio and PA....I add a few graves here and there trying to link them all together, and I'm doing genealogy as I go. Husband's family were the Fulmers in Wood County,Tyler County, who came here from PA, working on them also.
Husband is retired Army, spent over 22 years in it, my 3 sons have all served in Iraq, my son in law served in Desert Storm, I'm very proud of my military family.
I may have left WV 20 years ago, but it will always be my home, one I am very proud of.
I think everyone who's passed away should be recognized, too many are left with no names, maybe I can help in some small way by doing this and leaving virtual flowers on those with none.
If a family member object's to a memorial and or photo that I have posted, please let me know and I WILL REMOVE IT...but please understand that all info I have is all public information that has already been put out!
