Bio

Hi! I am a native of Omaha, Nebraska. I got started studying my genealogy when my uncle presented my family with an album containing photos and notes on my paternal grandmother's origins in Germany by way of rural Missouri - colloquially known as the Missouri Rhineland. I was fascinated, and it planted the seed in me which blossomed into a passion for history and culture.

- Paternal grandfather's relatives
- Paternal grandmother's relatives
- Maternal grandfather's relatives
- Maternal grandmother's relatives

I am amassing virtual cemeteries of my relatives. If I request management of a page, it is because the person was a relative (usually a cousin), and I want to provide links and information on that person on a long-term basis. I DO NOT collect non-relatives as a rule, nor do I do bulk surname searches. I am fully aware of Find-a-Grave guidelines; it is YOUR prerogative if you'd like to transfer to me.

The primary purpose of this website is to honor and mourn the dead. With that in mind, I am also SEEKING DIRECT DESCENDANTS of the deceased to take over the pages from me. I will gladly transfer grave management to anyone who requests it who can first demonstrate a closer relationship to the deceased than mine, so PLEASE do not hesitate to ask. My research has enabled many Find-a-Grave subscribers to find their loved ones and launch their own genealogical searches. This to me is just an awesome and rewarding part of working on this site. I'm especially interested in linking infants' graves to their parents, since these children often go unrecorded in census records, genealogies, etc.

ALL MY PHOTOS ARE FREE FOR EVERYONE TO USE. PLEASE GIVE ME CREDIT IF YOU REPOST A PHOTO I'VE TAKEN. THANKS :)

Good luck in all your endeavors, and God bless everyone who views these pages.

All the best,
Trish :)

*UPDATE 04/18/2013: I have finished my genealogical research on several family branches that I have acquired but am not directly related to. From here on, I am seeking direct descendants or close relatives to take over management of the following families: Bockoven, Jacobberger, Majnarič/Majnarich/Mainarich/Maynarich/Minarich, and Mladinič/Mladenich/Mladinich. Thanks! :)

**UPDATE 04/01/2014: I have acquired a bunch of Coates (with an S) from Mount Royal Cemetery in Montréal, Québec, and I'm now seeking direct descendants. Thank you. :)
