Bio

I find it quite satisfying to celebrate the memory of those we try to document with photos and family history on the findagrave site. I started tracing my family ancestry a few years ago. My family ancestors settled the Carroll County, Georgia area in the 1820s & 1830s. I have found it very interesting to see the paths cross many times as both my maternal and paternal ancestors migrated from Maryland and Virginia to this area. My ancestors consist of Sharp, Spence, Muse, West, Rowe, McPherson, Hubbard, Aldridge, Wright, Moore, Adams, Allen, Threadgill, Shadinger, and McLendon families. I have found through my travels to various cemeteries that the departed have a story to share about their past, if we only take the time to observe and listen.
