If you find someone you are related to and would like to take over their page, please request a transfer through the EDIT option, on the particular individual's page. Select "Contact Manager" and then type in your request, which will then send me an email that will be linked to the person, along with your member ID.
As an added comment--I always try to guesstimate a person's birth year, based on age at death, so it obviously is not always correct. I just feel that a person searching for an ancestor will be less confused with an estimated birth year, rather than having to paw through other entries with no year listed at all.

I've been doing genealogy since 1988. I love walking through cemeteries, imagining the lives of the people I pass.
Most of the pages I post are for people to whom I am not related. (the ones I am connected to usually have a photo of the person added). These "extra" people are ones from local (and not so local) cemeteries that my husband & I photograph their stones and I enter them on FAG, trying to link as many as I can so the families are brought back together after all this time. I do lots of research to accomplish this and I hope I add correct information. I love to connect these people and I'm always thrilled when something comes together, either through the census, obits, marriage records, a family genealogy, online sources, or even "social" news in an old newspaper. I hope I find "homes" with descendants for all these people. Please ask for a transfer if you are related.
