Fallen Graver

Sadly, Faded Genes has passed away. Please consider visiting their Find a Grave memorial page and leaving some virtual flowers. Their enthusiasm for cemeteries and willingness to help future generations lives on through their contributions to Find a Grave.

Bio

I have been doing genealogy since 1979. I co-authored the Morgan County Cemetery books in the 1980's. I have published a book on my Compton, Lynn, and Simpson families. Also several publications for the Morgan County Genealogical Society.

I have been married for 61 years. We have two children and five grandchildren living and one that died at age two years and six great-grandchildren.

I enjoy scrapbooking, cemeteries, photography, genealogy and antique shopping.

If I have entered incorrect information or you have something to add to a memorial, please let me know via the SAC on the memorial. I will be glad to transfer memorials to a member according to FindAGrave guidelines. Send your requests via the SAC on the memorial you want transferred.

I love FindAGrave. It has given me a place that I can remember my loved ones and honor their memory.

Feel free to use photos or genealogical information I post on this site. I have no copyright concerns and just hope the information will help some one to remember their loved ones.

Attention: Visitors to Find A Grave Memorials

* Thank you for additional information and corrections to memorials I create and maintain. Thank you for your time and interest!

** Just so you know ... Content for memorials I create and maintain has multiple sources, some including family genealogists and stories, bibles, photo albums, scrapbooks, personal knowledge, FAG site contributors, cemetery walking, online research, transcribed records, and the kind folks who write me with additional information and corrections. Please note content cannot be guaranteed and you are encouraged to check your own sources.

Please visit baby Zack's memorial and leave him a flower.
