I am a disabled veteran after 20+ years service. I started to collect family names and info while I was still in the Navy, but did not start to put them together until I bought my 1st laptop and PC. Now I have over 2600 names and 790 weddings dating as far back as circa 150 BCE on my mothers side of the Family.

My areas of interest are the KEMNOW/KENNOW, RIEMER, SCHLÜSSNER, HANEY; TERRY; ABRAM; RIDDLE, YEOMAN families the HANEY and ABRAM families are hard as there are so many that are not related.

Besides my interests in the family and its history I enjoy outdoor photography, especially wild flowers and animal, throwing in waterfalls and mountain scene as well. Also take pictures of trains and train cars when I can find clean ones (no graffiti). I also collect patches from the military and police, foreign and domestic, this collection now numbers just short of two hundred patches, since 9-11 it has become harder to collect domestic patches.

I have increasingly been losing my mobility due to the injuries and illness that I picked up while in the military. So, I have not been able to do much on the outdoors hobbies.
