Allan E. Graves: I received my High School Diploma from Bend High School, Bend, Oregon in 1977 and went on to receive a Bachelor of Science Diploma in 1982 from Oregon State University in the field of electrical and computer engineering. This was later followed by my receiving a Master of Science Diploma in 1991 from California State University, Northridge. I have been married to my beautiful wife Sheila for 28 years and have two wonderful children Chris and Sarah. Chris has graduated High School and is currently receiving training to become a forestry fire fighter. Sarah has graduated from High School and is attending college at Moorpark Community College.
