I have been a member since 2001. Adding Memorials is a hobby. Walking through cemeteries is also a hobby; seeing old graves and any comments on headstones often times are very interesting.

I have family all over the South. I generally add, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, Memorials in mostly southern states: Dallas, Henderson, Hunt, Kaufman and Van Zandt Counties, Texas; Benton, Carroll, Decatur, Dyer, Gibson, Henderson, Henry, Madison and Stewart Counties, Tennessee; Arkansas, Kentucky and other states.

Please suggest edits by the Edits tab on the Memorial. If you want Management of your family member, please state how you are related and I will review and consider the Transfer. Please do not ask if you are not directly related. Also, I previously had a similar message like the one below on my Profile and thought it was a good idea to bring it back:

While I very much enjoy adding Memorials, I am not running a race to become a "Top Contributor." If at some point I become a Top Contributor, great. But, it is not my goal in life.

Please know, before creating a record, I perform a thorough search as much as possible of the records to avoid duplicates. It is easy to overlook a record and create a duplicate from time to time. In the past, I have received several requests to delete my record because it was a duplicate of their record created before mine. I have learned this is not always the case.

I am a member of a small Church of Christ congregation in east Texas.
