Bio

When I was young, my father took me a time or two with him to photograph family gravestones. He enjoyed genealogy research. Since his death, I was given all the hard copies of his research, along with some other info from my Mom. Then one of my son-in-laws informed me that I had some Confederate soldiers in my ancestry. I enjoy history and always love to be learning, so my son-in-law's tip about my ancestry hooked me into this new hobby. And as a cousin told me, once you're bit by the genealogy bug, there is no known cure.
