I love doing ancestry, searching for ancestors, all my memorials are family and friends --Jinks, Fosters, Dudley, Ward, Hyde, George, Ogdon. Frisbie/Frisby
I found a lot of my photos on Ancestry.com, Facebook, and other sites, and are being re-submitted as their own. There will be no more posting pictures on my family memorials, only headstones, and Obituaries are allowed from now on, no regular photos are to be posted or else, I will ask F. A. G. to remove them and no posting of my photos on other memorials. The cause is privacy issues and personal reasons. People getting my photos off private websites or any website and publishing them in books, along with family's actual names without written permission from the survivor's, ancestors have to be deceased for at least 70 to 100 years, its illegal, to use someone else's photos without written permission, unauthorized use of my photos. I have talked to an online lawyer about this. If you did not take the photo, create it or own it. doesn't mean it's in a public domain. this is for a certain person, this person remove my family photo from her Facebook page which, this person asked to remove back in January 2016, and that belonged to my mother, I hold the 2nd right too and copyrights too, and the original is hanging on my brother's (Which is the legal owner) wall along with 4 other family photos that my mother took to photo shop and had colorized back in the early 1950's. You do not use any of my photos in your book, not even Kimi photos which I CREATED, they are not public domain; I am keeping in touch with a lawyer. about this matter. I filed a copyright infringement against you, on Facebook with a copyright lawyer. Not one "Ward" cousin has done to me, what this person has done. For the most part, most people have respect for others and their privacy. You just can't get someone else's photos and think they are yours and do whatever you want to with them you are invading someone else's rights and their privacy. Every single person even you, has photos that they have never shared because of privacy. My family doesn't even have a copy of this family photo. You can lie all you want too about it and play dumb. I have the copy of the original of the unrestored rather large copy. I restored it and cut it down in size, which you copied my work. Just how many people copied that picture off your Facebook page, since 2016. ... plus, I have the originals copy of the Will, my Kimi's with the I.D. number, and others . I own the copyrights too. Which you used without written permission... You are a SELFISH person concerned excessively or exclusively with oneself: seeking or concentrating on one's own advantage, pleasure, or well-being without any regard for others or their feelings. Furthermore, I have not any contact with this person since January 2016. Jealous of you not by a longshot. In you didn't know California is a privacy state.
