Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hometown of Hammond, Indiana, near Chicago. I now live in Boise, Idaho. I've been a paramedic since 1978, as an EMS provider, manager, educator, and in communications. I've been photographing cemeteries and gravesites for several years. I travel frequently and to many locations instructing emergency medical classes, so am able to photograph cemeteries and graves in many parts of the country and some international locations. I have developed a presentation on the art and symbolism of gravestones and cemeteries which I give through the city's Community Education system and at genealogy/family history conferences, and to various historical groups. I also give historical tours of cemeteries in Boise.

PLEASE USE THE NEW "EDIT" TOOL THROUGH FINDAGRAVE FOR ANY CORRECTIONS OR ADDITIONS. I AM FREQUENTLY IN PLACES WITHOUT INTERNET ACCESS AND MAY NOT GET TO YOUR REQUESTED CORRECTIONS FOR SOME TIME. BE ASSURED IF YOU HAVE SENT IT I WILL EVENTUALLY GET TO IT. PLEASE BE PATIENT.

I'm always available to photograph graves in the Boise/Ada County, Idaho and surrounding areas.

Before requesting transfers or additions to entries, please review the FINDAGRAVE FAQ's. I adhere to those policies. PLEASE READ THE FAQ ON ADDING OBITUARIES TO ENTRIES. I FOLLOW THOSE GUIDLINES.

F.W Schumacher Grave Site
Greetings from Lahti Finland...I take this opportunity to address you in view of the recent email received in view of the photo. Thank you, to begin with, there was a story in the local newspaper about him and his community here in Schumacher, Ont. PON IGO (Northern Ontario Canada). He made a fortune buying and selling mining claims.

Graceland Cemetary
Can someone find a Pauline Coyne and see if there is a stone and take a picture. She was born in 1904 and died in 1934. Also can you find out if her father Frederick Coyne is buried there?

Sorry,

A. Auguste Paillet
Thank you so much for the photos for A. Auguste Paillet.
My vision is not what it once was; Can you read the dates on the two Catherine Paillets on the bottom panels?

As you are familiar with the burial customs of these raised cemeteries, would you guess that the Adam family is related to the Paillet family? On the middle panel, Victor Adam who died 1918 is the son of Jean-Baptist Adam and Julia Lamie(Lamy); Victoria Adam who died 1930 was Victoria Breaux, his wife. Elmore V.(Victor) Adam who died 1929 was their son who died in Texas. I am not aware of a connection to the Paillet family.

Merci Beaucoup,
P. P.
