My hobby is photography, and local history is my passion. I have been involved in historic preservation for the past 40 years and have served as a board member and vice president of the Brown County Historical Society and board member of the Green Bay & DePere Antiquarian Society. I am semi-retired and will fulfill photo requests whenever possible, especially at Allouez Catholic Cemetery & Chapel Mausoleum in Green Bay.|
If you can, please provide the grave location and any helpful notes in your request. Many (but not all) grave locations and notes of interest may be found via the website for the Bay Area Genealogical Society:
PLEASE NOTE: I generally photograph grave sites from May to November but do not photograph in Winter. Through the Winter, I will photograph interior mausoleum crypts.

Thank you for venturing out in the cold to take these photos! They look great and my cousins (these are their grandparents) will appreciate them, I'm sure. Thanks especially for the area shot to show what the interior looks like. It gives some relevance to the closeup. and I know you are busy with working so thanks for taking the time, too.
Hoping you are well!
Thank you Jeanne.
It is always nice to know you are there in Green Bay taking care of tombstone photos.

Thanks you for the picture. I use to live in Seymour and now live in Florida. That makes it hard to get the pictures from Wisconsin. Thanks again have a good holiday season.
Thank you very much for taking the time to post this photo!

if you ever find an obit for Crystal or Jerry i would love to have them.......thank you again..
Oh my gosh.......i am so excited......i remember her coming to visit us.........she was like a glamour lady to us.......beautiful.........i am going to print this page off and give it to my mom.....and see about more pictures i know she has some.........the ones in the family book are copies of copies...not good.
can i ask you one more question...
her mother was married to a christopher manke.....any ideas where he is..........then great gramma went by Jenny Bellows and no one seems to know where that came from.........
Jenny was a Johnson maiden name....married the manke had five children and then her name was Bellows.
wow.......i am moving the cob webs around in this brain of mine..just wished i had more info...
thank you much.............for all you have done andi am so glad i ran into you............

Oh my gosh......it is her.........thank you so much for this info........i will be so happy to pass it on to my mom.............thank you thank you thank you
the only reason i caught the memorial the other lady added was because she had the maiden name of Manke.]
other wise i was looking for a complete different name.
My brother has it in the book as Crystal Gilson........so i may be way off base........or he is wrong.........

well, i am up here in Michigan......near Boyne Falls,My mother has wondered about her aunt but has never been able to find info on her.
i was surprised i found this one and i know nothing more.
in fact my brother had the last name spelled wrong.
the only thing in the family book is that she had three boys.......i dont even have her husbands name.
seems like they had jack as his name......
see if i could find an obit i could then get the info from there and maybe find out this is her.
my mom is 92 and i would love to find out the info for her.
My brother could have got names mixed up easy enough.
I have in the book she lived in green bay.......
i was young when she came to visit......remember her but just a little..........thank you for your help
