This is something that I enjoy doing and the "Personel Satisfaction Take Home Pay" is fabulous.|
People are Petty
That being said, if I have a picture of a headstone that you would like to use for your tree, Please feel free to do so. Unlike smug self righteous individuals who have no idea of the spirit of helping people, I have driven thousands of miles & roamed through secluded burial grounds to help complete strangers find lost love ones. I don't do it for recognition or remuneration.
So if I can help you, I most certainly will. And if you become offended if I post Bio Info or picture (which has happened) Let me know & I will remove it. I'll also transfer memorials if they are not related to me, unlike others on here who say they won't.
My family names of interest are: Burrow, Burough, Pearce, Marler, Barnes, Cantrell, Hubbard, Meade and Boggs,
Burrow Family Cemetery

Howard, do you know if Roy S. Umphrey Sr. # 116902727 is the husband of Effie F. Umphrey #116902809?
I have a marriage record for him to another lady: Alabama Marriages, 1816-1957: Groom's Name: Roy Samuel Umphrey; Groom's Birth Date: 1902; Groom's Birthplace: Groom's Age: 21; Bride's Name: Lorene Isbell; Bride's Birth Date: 1905; Bride's Birthplace: Bride's Age: 18; Marriage Date: 04 Dec 1923; Marriage Place: Henry Ellen, Jefferson, Alabama.
Did Roy and Lorene Isbell divorce after having 3 children?
Thanks so much,
|Phyllis Cooper||Thank You|

Glad I could help.
|John Furqueron||Grave transfer|
Thanks so much for the transfer of Wessie White to my account. Didn't matter who had it, just needed to be one on there. I knew Wessie very well, and visited often with my Grandparents to their farm a couple miles east of ours there in McCormick.
Also her sister was my HS English teacher.

Duplicate of one I have there for her. My ref; is #118371786 and yours is #84027729. I can transfer to you or you can transfer to me. Your choice, we just need to get the duplicate off the Bethany Baptist cemetery list in McCormick, South Carolina. I will try and get her husband, Wallace Luke White transferred to me or mine to Linda. I have the Whites in my family file, so I don't mind doing it.
Battle Ground, WA

You stated, This is a duplication of an earlier Find A Grave Memorial #112500976 that has a photo. Kindly adjust accordingly.
I am asking you kindly to either transfer or add a photo to my memorial who is attached to her father who is my dads uncle. What ever is easier for you. Thanks

I write to you to ask if the above named was U.S. Army 1st Sergeant (retired) Ernest R. Rodriguez, who was my Drill Sergeant at Fort Gordon, Ga. Jan.-Mar. 1965. His last place of residence was Harlem, Ga., which was near Ft. Gordon/Augusta.
If so, I will leave a note and flowers to this memorial you created.
In appreciation for all you do.Hope to hear back.Thanks.
