Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hi,
I have been doing gravestone photos for years and I contribute to a few different websites in Michigan. I have been into genealogy for the past 20 years, mostly just family, then I went into photographing our family headstones, as I was doing that,I was wondering if there was a need for such photos, I found this site, I LOVE it,(to bad it is so ADDICTING!) and I hope to continue doing it for years to come!
PS- Please do not get mad if the photos are mud or grass covered, I'll try to clean off or remove as much dirt and grass as I can to get a good photo. Since I live in Michigan, the weather plays an important part on when I can get out to do the photos. You can't stop nature or time.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, If you are related to any memorial I add, PLEASE ask for it, I would rather see it maintained by family.
I am not related to 99% of the memorials I submit.

If you see that I added flowers to your loved ones, it is just something I like to do.

I DO NOT do recently deceased headstone photos, Please allow at least 6 months for the family to add a marker.

THANK YOU for leaving flowers and maintaining Mom and Dad's grave-site. Your kindness is greatly appreciated. Knowing that someone else cares means alot; especially since we live too far away to visit.
Mom's parents are Erving & Vivian Brown; they have a "family plot" with themselves, Grace and Frank Brown and Vinnie Brown, (also possibly Clarence Brown) along with Carrie, Evelyn and Harry Nelson. Please let me know if you're able to snap a pic of their grave-sites.
Words cannot express my gratitude for your kindness.
Sincerely, Kathy Ancona-Thompson

Good evening Stoneseeker23. In reviewing my messages, I don't see where I thanked you for the wonderful grave/gravemarker photo that you added to Mr. Helgren's memorial on August 29. I apologize for the delay in this acknowledgement. He served in the same World War II combat outfit as did my beloved late father (the 325th GIR). Your kindness and thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

Thank you!
Today would have been my mom's 94 birthday. I coincidentally searched her name and found your post. You have made my day as I can't be in Michigan. Thank you!

Thank you for the photos of Jentry and Loretta Adkinson. They were my great-grandparents and it means a lot to see their gravestones.
