I thought I would post a link to a FREE Hypnosis Audio to help everyone who is dealing with GRIEF. Although this is for those who are dealing with the suicide of a loved one ... I think it helps with any death and grief. Try listening to it everyday for over a week and see if it helps...

Give the heavens above more than just a passing glance ...
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance ...
I hope you dance ...
I hope you dance

The above lyrics are posted here in memory of my MOM who was a Radio City Rockette when she was a teenager ... I thought the above lines from the song 'I Hope You Dance' would be a fitting way to remember her here.

You can see a video of my mom dancing as a teen here...

(she may have been the youngest Radio City Rockette she was only 14 when she started)

After my neighbor died at the young age of fifteen and I was heartbroken because he was like family ... I had a dream one night and God said to me ... he could not live any longer then he did ... the only way I could have saved you from feeling the pain you are feeling tonight is by making him born in another town to another family and you would have never met him. Then you would not be feeling the pain you are feeling today but you would have to give up ever having known him. But I, God, decided to have him born into your world instead of someone elses world ... even though you would have to give him up now ... Tell me, did I make the right choice? (As BAD as I felt ... if that were the choices ... this pain ... or giving up ever having known him ... then God made the right choice).

... I thought I'd share some of my original music that I write ... since a lot of the memorials I have visited have been guitar players that lost their lives early, leaving family and friends to grieve for their loss ...

I was doing research for a play I was writing about Japan when the Great East Japan Earthquake/Tsunami hit 4 years ago. And while driving in my car listening to the news I wrote this song ...
'Song of Hope for JAPAN'

... May those who live on in Japan find Hope ...
がんばれ 日本 まけるな 日本 ばんざい 日本

in the news, my mother would say to me,

And one last request ...

Please visit the FindAGrave memorial of ...
ONE OF THE HELPERS ...
Taylor Anderson (1987 - 2011)(Memorial# 67254534)
... and leave a token/flowers
She was the first American reported by news media to have lost their life in the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami ...

Her father started this nonprofit organization in her memory ...
www.TaylorAndersonMemorialFund.org

Taylor was a teacher in the JET Programme in Ishinomaki, Japan from August, 2008 until perishing in the March 11, 2011 Tsunami ... she was last seen alive riding her bike away from an Ishinomaki elementary school after making sure all parents had picked up their children.

Greater love has no one than this,
that someone lay down his life for his friends...

Thank you for your Heroism, Taylor ...
You are an example of the best America has to offer the world.

God Bless, All ...

Someday maybe I will write a song for all those in the Find A Grave community who are grieving ... until then ...
Once again the link to my song ...
'Song of Hope for JAPAN'...

Playing the acoustic guitar is very soothing when grieving ... to those who have lost a loved one who played the guitar try taking guitar lessons in their memory... even if you do not have an interest in music ... you do not have to become great at it ... but I think it will build a bridge between you (here) and your lost love one (in the 'here after'/heaven) to learn to play music (even if just a little). Music heals the soul and is good medicine.

God Bless, All ...
