I was born Elizabeth Anne Conway (nickname: Libby) in Jefferson County, Alabama on Sept. 06, 1954. I was raised in Sylacauga, AL and have lived the majority of my life in Talladega County, AL. I am the daughter of the Rev. George Dwight Conway and Virginia Elizabeth (Collins) Conway. My only sibling, Tommy Dwight Conway died on his 7th Birthday on Sept. 04, 1949, after battling Aplastic Anemia for several years. Since his death was before my birth, sadly we never met. My Paternal Grandparents were John Henry and Mary Florence (Barnett) Conway, maternal Grandparents were Robert Elijah and Delula Tomazine (Johnson) Collins. I married Ronald (Ronnie) Benny Butler at Eastside Baptist Church in Sylacauga, AL on June 22, 1971. Presiding minister was my father. We are the parents of three children, Amy Elizabeth, born Nov. 06, 1972, Ronald Clint, born Aug. 20, 1975 and Brian Dwight, born Nov. 22, 1977. My heart was broken on Sept. 10, 2010, when my loving husband of 39 years went home to be with our Lord, after a 9 month battle with cancer. In 2012, I remarried. Married a guy I went to high school with. Now married to my friend, Cabot R. Barden. So very happy.
