Since 1997, on the 2nd Sunday of December, is a day of remembrance worldwide candle lighting , "National Children's Memorial Day" at 7:00 PM, to honor all children that died.

THERE, THERE ARE MEADOWS AND HILLS FOR ALL OUR SPECIAL FRIENDS TO RUN AND PLAY TOGETHER. THERE IS PLENTY OF FOOD AND WATER AND SUNSHINE, AND OUR FRIENDS ARE ALL VERY WARM AND COMFORTABLE. ALL THE ANIMALS WHO HAD BEEN ILL OR MAIMED ARE MADE WHOLE AGAIN, JUST AS WE REMEMBER THEM IN OUR DREAMS OF DAYS AND TIMES GONE BY.
THE ANIMALS ARE HAPPY AND CONTENT, EXCEPT FOR ONE SMALL THING: THEY EACH MISS SOMEONE VERY SPECIAL TO THEM, WHO HAD TO BE LEFT BEHIND.
THEY ALL RUN AND PLAY TOGETHER, BUT THE DAY COMES WHEN ONE SUDDENLY STOPS AND LOOKS INTO THE DISTANCE. THE BRIGHT EYES ARE INTENT; THE EAGER BODY QUIVERS. SUDDENLY HE/SHE BEGINS TO BREAK AWAY FROM THE GROUP, FLYING OVER THE GREEN GRASS, HIS/HER LEGS CARRYING HIM/HER FASTER AND FASTER. "YOU" HAVE BEEN SPOTTED, AND WHEN YOU AND YOUR SPECIAL FRIEND FINALLY MEET, YOU CLING TOGETHER IN JOYOUS REUNION, NEVER TO BE PARTED AGAIN. Please visit anytime. He was just 3 years old in 2012, when he fell out of a tree, then shortly afterwards, hit & killed by two cars. In 2023 he would be 14 years of age & will be his 11th Angel Day Anniversary in the Afterlife. Since his Birthday is not known, I myself, give him his B/D token along with his A/D visit, on May 4th. ~ Thank U for all visits.

@};- Please visit the memorials of the eight (8), axe murder victims of the "Moore" house, located in a small southwestern town, of Villisca, (Montgomery County) Iowa. D.O.D. for all eight (8) of them was, Sunday night, June 9, 1912 or, the wee early morning of Monday, June 10, 1912, a Leap year, while all were in their beds for the night. Many thanks to ALL, that visit them anytime.

The parents:
1.- Josiah B. "Joe" Moore - age 43 - Born: Tue., 12/29/1868 - Memorial# 9484 379.

2.- & wife Sara (Montgomery), Moore - age 39 - Born: Thur., 4/17/1873 - Memorial# 9484 381.

*** Josiah & Sara were married in the evening of Wednesday, December 06, 1899. His age: 30 yrs., 11 mo. & 7 days. Her age: 26 yrs., 7 mo. & 19 days. Josiah was 4 yrs., 3 mo. & 19 days older than his wife Sara. They were married 12 yrs., 6 mo. & 4 days when the eight murders, took place in their home. ***

Their 4 children:
3.- Herman Montgomery Moore - age 11 - Born: Sun., 9/2/1900 - Memorial# 9484 387.

4.- Mary Katherine Moore - age 10 - Born: Mon., 1/27/1902 - Memorial# 9484 395.

5.- Arthur Boyd Moore - age 7 - Born: Wed., 3/22/1905 - Memorial# 9484 402.

Their mother was pregnant with her 4th child & hearing of her 2 daughter's horrible deaths, caused her to miscarry.

GOD Bless their souls. In 2024, the 112 year old murder mystery remains unsolved.
There are several videos on YouTube that are viewed about this cold case mystery. If those same murders happened today with the technology we have, the murderer(s) would be found.
