Bio

In 2006 I googled my mother's name and found her on Find a Grave--this was a joyful day for me. Of course, I had to find everyone else! It took awhile after joining (initially to place 'flowers' on their memorials) before really understanding enough to make memorials myself. This I began in 2011, starting with my darling husband. Was involved as a bereavement facilitator for my church (right after Ken's death) - am very aware of the needs of the grieving to tribute their loved ones. Find a Grave is a wonderful place to do just that. Am also quite experienced in the pain which insensitive/unthinking people can inflict. (Am presently not actively facilitating--although I still find myself helping with grief issues any where I happen to be.)

My direct family lines are through Fonnesbeck, Duval, Gerbet, and Bissegger families.

My husband's direct family lines are Pitcher, Jorgensen, Plowman, and Barrett.

And many, many more before!

However, I am fascinated by all.

Have found several loved ones and friends through findagrave and am thoroughly hooked on helping to make all of our searches more satisfying, productive, educational and just plain fun!
