I have been doing genealogical research in the United States, the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, and Germany since June of 1964. In Peoria County, Illinois I have photocopied all family articles for the entire printing of the Elmwood Gazette (140 years) and Brimfield News (90 years); and have done the same in Fulton County for the Farmington Bugle. I have researched original documents and excerpted articles from newspapers of family home towns in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Michigan, Iowa, Indiana, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Oregon and California. Families of major interest are Germany: Schmidt, Korth, Notzke, Kessler, Gerber, Rupp, Schwartz, Heitzmann, Klein, Moschel, Scheerer, Schwender; Scotland: Wasson/Wason/Watson/Watsoun, Little, Hatch, Harper, Walker, Wyllie, Maybole, Livingstone, MacLea; Northern Ireland: Wasson, Thornton; England: Orton, Smith, Dixon, Archer, Bell, Dunn, Hurst, Lamb, Mitchinson, Prudhoe, Hovenden; New Hampshire: Thornton; Massachusetts: Butler, Seager, Howe; New York: Wasson, Dorn, Brewster, Ludlow; Nebraska: Burbank and Trim; Illinois/Oregon/California: Hovenden.|
All are welcome to copy and use any biographical material or photographs I have posted.
I will always be happy to transfer any non-family memorials upon request.
